To obtain a Closing Letter for a real estate closing, please provide the following information. This letter will certify the statement of account for the named address to include the Association fee amount, special assessment (if any), late fees due (if any), legal fees due (if any), payment due date, and frequency of Association fee payment.  

 

Once we receive this information, we will email the letter to the designated individual.

 

If you need the letter within three days, please note so on your submission. There is an additional $25 rush fee added for next day requests.
